1. Contact us with your dates and requirements.
2. If the dates are available, ask us to hold the dates for you and we'll give you a Booking Reference Number and an address to send the form to and bank transfer account details.
3. Print this booking form out by hitting 'Print' from the File menu
4. Fill it in, sign it and send it to us within 10 days and arrange a funds transfer for 40% of the total rental cost in US Dollars. If you can, please fax it first to Roseville's Real Estate in St Lucia on 001 758 452-9027
4. Send balance of rental 45 days before your arrival.
5. Call /email us 1 week before you leave if you have any last minute requests.

* Transfers to and from the airport are subject to an additional fee (the taxi fare). You may find it easier to simply hire a cab at the airport, when you arrive.

Please remember that anyone driving MUST have a valid driving licence, it MUST be taken to the island with you and anyone driving the vehicle MUST take out the relevant insurance before the keys are handed over.
A minimum of 3 weeks notice MUST be given if you need the use of the car. If you book today to be on the island in less than three weeks, the car may not be available.

Please note:
Guests are reminded that they are NOT paying for the car hire when they stay in Blue Eden. It is provided as a courtesy for our guests. There may be circumstances when the car is simply not available because of unforeseen events - breakdowns, accidents, availability of spare parts etc. As these events are unpredicatable, they are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for the lack of availability of the car in such instances. Should this occur, we will offer a rebate of US$150 per week as a gesture of goodwill to cover any taxi / transport costs that you may incur.

Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully :
A deposit of 40% is required within ten (10) days of placing a hold on dates . This deposit is non-refundable. Wire Transfers are safer and therefore preferable. The remaining 60% balance of the total rent must be paid forty-five (45) days prior to the Tenant's arrival date and is only refundable within the sole discretion of the Landlord/Agent. The amount of such discretionary refunds, if any, will be determined by the Landlord/Agent's ability to re-rent the premises for the same time period. If a refund is made, you will be charged a cancellation fee of US$150. The Landlord/Agent's decision concerning refunds is final.

Blue Eden is a non-smoking villa. You may, of course, smoke anywhere else, but please do not smoke in the house. One of the owners children is severly allergic to tobacco smoke and it's residue, so please, please, don't smoke inside.

If you are bringing young children with you, must supervise them the grounds of the property and particularly around the pool area. The Landlord/Agents cannot, and will not be liable for any accidents that occur as a result of inadequate supervision.

The Landlord/Agents assume no responsibility for personal injury and/or property loss incurred by tenants while on St Lucia. Tenants must ensure that they have adequate insurance in place during their stay. Car insurance MUST be taken out by tenants wishing to use the 4WD vehicle.

Please make sure that you have all the necessary travel documents eg. valid passport, visas (if necessary) etc. Please check with the appropriate authorities in plenty of time before you leave.

Island Life Ltd (the owner of Blue Eden) or it's Agents shall not cancel a previously confirmed holiday after the date when payment of the balance becomes due unless it is necessary to do so as a result of force majeure, or unless the client defaults in payment of such balance.

ONLY the guests that are named, booked and paid for may stay at the villa. If guests are found to have invited others to stay at or visit the villa, this can be cause for immediate expulsion from the villa with no refund.

Rates are priced in US Dollars. Any change to rates will be advised to guests in writing.

When staying in Blue Eden, guests are required to use credit card payment via the operator for overseas telephone calls. Any breakages are payable before departure. Guests should also settle for any services provided locally, eg. groceries and these should be paid for in cash.Rental disputes must be resolved with Roseville's Real Estate Services before renters leave the island.

Blue Eden is stocked with linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and all appliances. Your maid will visit once a week to keep the place nice and clean.

Guests are asked to vacate the villa 12 noon, day of departure. If your flight is in the evening, you may be able to stay till later but that depends on whether another party is booked in to begin their stay on that day and is at the discretion of Roseville's Real Estate.

As it is located on executive-style premises, Blue Eden is subject to Villa rules which apply to all properties.
A copy of these rules will be at the villa, so please take a few minutes to read them when you arrive. The rules are just sensible ones like noise in the early hours, wild parties etc. and thery are there to ensure the enjoyment of the premises for all occupiers. Failure to uphold the simple rules may result in ejection from the premises with no refund of rental. Please ask if you need extra details.
